Merilin Food – TERMS OF USE Version: 1.0.0 | Effective: 27 Mayıs 2026 1. PARTIES AND DEFINITIONS These Terms govern use of the Merilin Food platform (“Platform”, “we”) by any individual or business (“User”, “you”). “Buyer”: end user discovering nearby shops on the map. “Seller / Business”: business owner publishing surplus food listings. “Listing”: discounted / end-of-day food offer published by a seller. 2. SCOPE OF SERVICE The Platform helps users discover nearby surplus food listings on a map. It is not a payment processor; purchase, pickup, and payment occur directly between buyer and business. 3. ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY Seller accounts are created and accessed via email OTP. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account. Misleading or impersonation accounts are prohibited. 4. SELLER OBLIGATIONS Listings must be accurate, current, and compliant with food safety and trade laws. Required verification data must be truthful. Unverified or rejected businesses may be restricted from publishing. 5. BUYER RULES Listings are informational; stock and prices may change. Abuse, harassment, spam, and fraudulent reports are prohibited. Location and notification permissions are managed in device settings. 6. NOTIFICATIONS Operational notifications may be required to provide the service. Marketing/campaign notifications are sent only with separate marketing consent and must not be bundled with core service acceptance. 7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Platform software, design, and branding belong to Merilin Food. 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY The Platform is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for listing content, food quality, or disputes between users, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. 9. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, suspected fraud, or legal requirements. 10. GOVERNING LAW Turkish law applies. Izmir (Central) courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise. 11. CHANGES We may update these Terms.
