Delete your account
Merilin Food lets you remove your account and associated personal data without contacting support in most cases.
In the app (recommended)
- Open Merilin Food and sign in if needed.
- Go to Profile → Delete my account (buyers) or use seller account settings.
- Confirm deletion. This soft-deletes your account, shops, and listings tied to you.
Cannot access the app?
Email kvkk@merilinapp.com from the address linked to your account. We verify identity and complete deletion within 30 days (KVKK).

What is removed
- Account credentials and profile
- Active listings and shop data linked to your user
- Device tokens used for push notifications
Records we must keep for tax or legal obligations (e.g. seller verification) may be retained as described in our privacy policy.
