Merilin Yemek – EXPLICIT CONSENT TEXT Version: 1.2.0 | Effective: October 20, 2026 SUMMARY (for information only; the binding text is the clauses below) • This text is separate from the Privacy Policy and KVKK Information Notice. Reading the Information Notice does not mean you have given consent. • Each consent below is separate, none is pre-ticked, and none is mandatory for you to use the service. • If you do not consent or later withdraw, you continue to use the basic service; only the relevant marketing/personalisation is not applied to you. • Withdrawal: via app settings or kvkk@merilinapp.com – at any time, without giving a reason and free of charge. 1. NATURE OF THIS TEXT 1.1. This Explicit Consent Text is prepared for processing requiring explicit consent within the meaning of KVKK Art. 3 and Art. 5/1. Explicit consent is approval relating to a specific subject, based on information and declared with free will. 1.2. Your consent is limited only to the rows you approve and to the channel and purpose you approve. Approving one row does not mean you approve the other rows. 1.3. Your consent records are stored together with the version of this Text, the items and channels you approved, the date-time and a device/session summary. Withdrawal records are kept in the same way. These records are kept for the periods in Clause 11 of the Privacy Policy. 2. SEPARATE CONSENTS 2.1. Commercial electronic message – notification (push): I give explicit consent for my FCM notification identifier, device information and notification interaction summaries to be processed and for commercial electronic messages with campaign, discount and promotion content to be sent to me via this channel in order to receive push notifications. 2.2. Personalised advertising: I give explicit consent for my advertising identifier, device information and ad impression and interaction information to be shared with and processed by advertising providers (Clause 8.2 of the Information Notice) in order for advertisements to be personalised according to my interests. If I do not give this consent, non-personalised advertising may be shown to me. 2.3. If location-based marketing is offered: unless the processing of my location for marketing purposes is asked separately and explicitly, no consent in this Text means consent to location-based marketing. Location is processed only for the discovery service under Clauses 6 and 10 of the Information Notice. 3. LAW NO. 6563 3.1. The consent in Clause 2.1 is also commercial electronic message consent under Law No. 6563. 3.2. The Message Management System (IYS) is operated for sending via the channels prescribed by legislation (e-mail, SMS, calls); the push notification in this Text is not one of those channels and does not require IYS registration. If legislation in future requires this consent to be transferred to IYS, your records will be transferred within the statutory periods. Your withdrawal request is processed without delay and sending via the relevant channel is stopped. 3.3. Operational notifications (account security, OTP, service announcements) are not commercial messages and do not depend on the consents in this Text. 4. WITHDRAWAL AND ITS CONSEQUENCES 4.1. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without giving a reason and free of charge, via app settings or kvkk@merilinapp.com. 4.2. Withdrawal is effective prospectively; it does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out based on consent before withdrawal. 4.3. Withdrawing consent does not affect the basic functions of the service. If you withdraw the Clause 2.2 consent, personalisation is stopped; advertising may not disappear entirely. 5.
